The hotel is very clean and cozy. There is also an underground station very close to the hotel. It is also a walkable distance from the Schonbrunn Palace. The breakfast is good and it fulfils the expectations.

The room was very clean and well presented. The bed was comfortable and bathroom excellent. The 24hr check in was great for me. The breakfast was fabulous.

The staff team, the facilities as well as the breakfast food were incredible! Despite being far from the city centre, we could easily walk to the subway and within 15min find ourselves in the centre. Located in a safe neighbourd and surrounded by supermarkets, plenty of (good) restaurants to eat.

I enjoyed very much the accommodation at the Hotel Lucia, very nice/professional/kind staff that always helped and answered our questions. It is very clean, cozy and you can go very easy at any place to visit (the subway and also the tram stations are near). It is not a minus but for my taste i could enjoy more variety for the breakfast.

The room was spacious and very comfortable. We were satisfied with the cleanliness and the staff was very kind. The hotel is very close to the public transport stations, namely U-bahn, and it is in a walking distance from Maria Hilferstrasse.

Breakfast was great, hotel and rooms cosy. Overnight parking on streets a bit stressful for one night, one night we parked in a designated parking lot. Room was surprisingly quiet, given the mid Vienna surroundings. Wonderful location - short travel with u-Bahn or with a tram to get to first district.

Hotel is located very close to the metro station so you can reach city center really fast. This is in my opinion the greatest advantage of Hotel Lucia. Also, it is very clean. Rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. Staff was nice and ready to support. Evrything you need for a comfortable stay.

Very nice hotel to stay at when you wish to explore the city. Schönbrunn is at walking distance and there are several metro stations nearby to take you to the city centre at short notice. The personell was very friendly and thinking along, also providing great tips for good restaurants nearby the hotel. The room itself was very spacious and very clean. It is also wheelchair accessible.

clean, enough room, great wifi to work, amazing breakfast(perfectly cooked eggs, smoked salmon, best cheese versions, freshly baked variety of breads and good coffee) we miss it already! the shower is great, hot water right away with good pressure. location is perfect just 10 min metro ride from our place. staffs are great too, you can get good restaurants advice and they are very knowledgeable about touristic places, I ear dropped once in the lobby they explained very detailed. all in all it was way better than we expected. Good work Hotel Lucia, thanks for everything.
